This summer ASICS joined forces with Berlin-based artist Dennis Buck for a limited GEL-KAYANOTM 14, ASICS iconic bestseller.

The limited-edition sneaker includes a white, silver and gold colorway and features Buck’s signature material, silicone. In his personal artistic approach the Berlin-based artist focuses on material and production. He particularly likes to experiment with silicone and 3D prints. His playful, optimistic and ironic art does not only appeal to Berlin’s art enthusiasts, but also fascinates visitors of his exhibitions in Los Angeles, London and Paris.

So it was just a a matter of time before ASICS teamed up with the German artist.

By the way: The collaboration doesn’t just look good – it does good too! ASICS has partnered with Crafts for Minds (CFM), which concentrates on craftsmanship, detail and longevity. All earnings from the partnership will be donated to charitable institutions in Europe addressing mental health and depression.

Everybody, who wants to get their hands on this noble partnership: The Sneaker will be available June 25th.
