For Fall/Winter 2021, Semicouture put the community at the foreground. With „Community over Competition“ the aim is to give relevance to each of the communities involved, to reach niches of different people with their own followers, who share the same values of equality and respect for diversity.
One group, being at the center of the community-project is the Italian-Arabian musician community: When talking about diversity, one certainly cannot ignore key words such as extension, spirituality, respect. And that’s exactly what the community stands for. With a clear focus on music and the influence of different backgrounds and origins, the group is looking positively to the future. Making respect and independence the main goal.
However, the campaign definitely involves other creative and diverse groups. On the one hand, the skaters, who are particularly characterized by their energy, tenacity, perseverance; as well as sportspeople like footballers, setting a clear mark for determination and collaboration. On the other hand, in terms of music, Dj’s and producers also play a leading role in Semicouture’s community project.
Through their leaders, the communities express their philosophy of life and the thought behind them and Semicouture is giving them a perfect platform to spread their message.
