Prada Mode is a traveling social club offering it’s guests exclusive community experiences focused on contemporary culture. Panel talks, exhibitions, dining and connecting are on the agenda of each of the events. This time, the Russian capital has been chosen for the next big rendezvous, in occasion of Damien Hirst´s installation “Pharmacy”, previously known from a restaurant in Notting Hill, later one of the greatest work of the artist.
The exhibition will transform the inside historic building of the Levenson Mansion near the Patriarchal Ponds in Moskow, a majestic art nouveau landmark from the 1900ies as an official purveyor of Nicholas II´s imperial court into a breaking installation. Floor-to-ceiling prescription cabinets, molecular models, light boxes and medical note inspired wallpaper will adorn the accommodation of the mansion. The guests will be entertained with panel discussions and exclusive dining.
Damien Hirst, an English artist, a long friend of Muiccia Prada herself, counts to the biggest influences of current art scene.
His works take honourable places at collections of Museo d’Arte Contemporanea Donnaregina, Naples, Italy; Museum Brandhorst, Munich; Museum für Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt am Main, Germany; Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam and others.
