The NYC-based label VEERT only debuted in November 2020, but its

Brand founder Julia Lang is currently set to drop Collection 4, VEERT’s biggest and most comprehensive offering to date. APROPOS The Concept Store
He is originally a photographer and has already had greats like Kim Kardashian and Lady Gaga in front of his camera. And he was also instrumental in Kanye West’s music video “Famous”. We’re talking about Los Angeles-based photographer Eli Russell Linnetz. For the opening of the new Dover Street Market in his hometown, Linnetz was asked by owner Adrian Joffe to design a limited edition collection. Designs sold out in minutes, marking the birth of ERL, one of L.A.’s hottest labels. The idea behind ERL is to create a unisex label that captures and reflects the heart and soul of California youth culture. Like his photographs, his designs exude a certain nostalgia, composed of a mixture of ’90s Pixar films, Venice Beach skaters and the suits of the Santa Monica swim team. For his new SS22 collection, Linnetz has found inspiration in the aesthetics of American prom, football culture and country music, which has us already looking forward to our next trip to California.

CONVERSE CONS x CARHARTT WIP
For Spring/Summer 2022, Carhartt WIP has collaborated with Converse CONS to create two skate performance designs that build on the roots both brands have within the world of skateboarding. This collaboration builds naturally upon this crossover and the brands’ shared skateboarding ideals. The collaboration consists of two styles, the low Onea Star Ox Pro and the mid Fast Break Ox Pro, which both combine fabrics such as suede, canvas, and leather in a way that subtly nods to classic Carhartt WIP garments.
