PETIT BATEAU x MIU MIU 

For Spring/Summer 2025, Miu Miu collaborates with French brand Petit Bateau, revisiting the wardrobe of youth and the sense of charmed innocence and cherished memories such clothing evokes. Seamlessly merging purity and innovation, the timeless and the new, through Miu Miu’s contemporary lens, a unique dialogue between two much-loved names commences. First seen on the Miu Miu runway in Paris in October 2024, the Petit Bateau X Miu Miu unique collaboration is inspired by iconic pieces of the French brand. Comprising a classic body, t-shirt, vest and knickers are finished with a delicate picot embroidered combined logos in navy and true red, and are made in Italy.

CLARKS ORIGINALS x MIDNIGHT REINTERPRET THE WALLABEE SHOE 

Germany-founded fashion brand MiDNIGHT teamed up with British shoemaker Clarks to give the Wallabee a fresh design upgrade. The young clothing label and event host MiDNIGHT brings a fresh spirit to the collaboration with Clarks, a global business rich in tradition and established since its founding 200 years ago. A synergy between the use of leather and quilted polyester highlights creates the Wallabee’s new, interesting look and adds a slightly glossy finish to the upper. The shoe’s official release is on February 1st at the Soto Store in Berlin. Later, it can be purchased online at MiDNIGHT’s online shop from February 3rd. 

ZEGNA’S WINTER 2025 SHOW: VELLUS AUREUM 

Vellus Aureum, Latin for “Golden Fleece,” is a legendary artifact from Greek mythology, symbolizing the pursuit of an unattainable goal. Zegna reinterprets this concept as its aspiration to achieve unparalleled excellence in crafting the finest fabrics and garments. The House’s latest collection, bearing this symbolic title, showcases timeless tailored suits and coats made from the finest materials. 

Presented on a lush green lawn under the artistic direction of Alessandro Sartori, the collection highlights cashmere and cotton corduroy suits in an earthy color palette that perfectly complements the natural setting. Infused with a generous dose of Italian flair, the designs underline Zegna’s commitment to sophistication. Regarding this collection, Alessandro Sartori explained: “In this collection items are nonchalantly chosen and spontaneously mixed recounting an encounter of generations in the name of Italian style. The man I have in mind has raided a wardrobe in which pieces have been collected over the decades, for their emotional and material value. Working with washed wools and Vellus Aureum we have been able to transfer lived life into the garments.”

RICK OWENS X RIMOWA DRAMATIZE THE SUITCASE  

Travel outfitter RIMOWA teamed up with Rick Owens, the fashion brand on everyone’s lips, to give the classic rolling suitcase a high-class upgrade. RIMOWA’s famous aluminium craftsmanship perfectly merges with Rick Owens’ dark and monolithic aesthetic, creating the RIMOWA Original Cabin Bronze suitcase. Each one of them is unique because of the patinated aluminium finish that never looks exactly the same. For the color, Rick Owens took inspiration from Giacometti’s and other artists’ bronze statues. The patina supports it to age beautifully and makes it a timeless statement piece for every trip and every destination. One perfect suitcase–that’s what Rick Owens wanted to create. “No matter how far or long, I only bring one carry-on,” he highlights, “I don’t need much, but I like my bare necessities to be as supernatural as possible.”  

Designer Michèle Lamy is the face of the campaign, combining her remarkable aesthetic with the roughness of a factory. The RIMOWA Original Cabin Bronze will be available from January 30th at select stores of the two brands, as well as online.  

MIU MIU REVEALS “DUETS”, THE SPRING/SUMMER 2025 CAMPAIGN 

The new Miu Miu campaign under the creative direction of Miuccia Prada takes you on a journey through the emotions of childhood, adulthood in today’s world, and the moments in between. As minimalistic as the setting and background may be, the models are captivating: Liu Haocun, Kayije Kagame, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, Joey King, Lena Mantler, and Eliot Sumner show the variety of faces that represent the brand’s core. In coltish, simple outfits styled by Lotta Volkova, the protagonists play with shadows and instruments while surrendering to their vivid world of thoughts. The campaign’s art director Edward Quarmby gives them the freedom to express themselves very naturally, and photographer Lengua captured all the moments. Clothes-wise, DUETS is quintessentially Miu Miu: capturing the essence of feminine and boyish looks that every person can interpret differently, just as the models do.  

BLAUER X PIRELLI LAUNCH GENDERLESS CAPSULE COLLECTION  

Functionality wear brand Blauer met tyre manufacturer Pirelli to design a four-piece unisex outerwear capsule collection. For the design, they blur the lines between sport, practical outerwear, and premium garments. The result: a water- and windproof puffer jacket, a sleeveless puffer ideal for layered looks, a “2 in 1” parka consisting of a windbreaker and a removable padded inner, and a functional trench coat, the most elegant piece of this capsule. To quote Marco Maria Tronchetti Provera, who is working at Pirelli’s design department: “The partnership with Blauer represents a clear opportunity for us: to explore new expressive possibilities of our brand through apparel that puts the consumer in touch with the Pirelli world of emotions, identity and passion.”  

All styles come in the colors black and yellow and will be available from August in Blauer flagship stores, online, and in select boutiques worldwide.  

A COLORS SHOW FEATURING BERQ 

Berlin-based music platform COLORS showcases talented musicians online as well as offline. Recently, COLORS connected with German newcomer singer Berq, who has quickly reached a large, growing audience fascinated by his emotional music and thoughtful lyrics. Together they produced A COLORS SHOW, an artistic performance based on Berq’s song “Heimweg”. In front of an intense green backdrop, the singer performs his song and invites the viewers to empathize with the moment of coming back home and deciding where to go, alone or together, and what to expect for the rest of the night. His voice fills the plain stage in a captivating way, and about this unique experience stated the musician: “There’s an undeniable rawness to the experience, and the focus on your voice and presence is much sharper in the COLORS setup compared to other stages, where I’m rarely alone. It’s intense, but in the best way”.  

MONTBLANC UNVEILS NEW LEATHER COLLECTION 

For a fresh start this spring, Montblanc introduces its first leather goods collection of the year, featuring sleek monochrome designs that effortlessly complement seasonal essentials. The collection comes in three sophisticated shades: smoky blue—a muted, greyish light blue; intense cassis—a deep, rich purple; and cayenne—a warm, terracotta-inspired dark orange. Under the artistic direction of Marco Tomasetta, the bags showcase clean, minimalist silhouettes, making them versatile companions for everyday life. Montblanc’s latest leather collection is available now in boutiques and online.

INTRODUCING THE MIU MIU PRELUDE 2025 COLLECTION 

“Reduce to the max” is the motto of the latest Miu Miu campaign directed by Edward Quarmby and photographed by Alessio Bolzoni. In the focus – the clothes and accessories of the Prelude 2025 collection, styled by Lotta Volkova and worn by the models Xiaohan Chen, Jessie Craig, and Ro Pinheiro. While the background, a white wall, couldn’t be less plain, the poses stand out. Or better to say: Lay, because the models present the Miu Miu outfits lying, photographed like a standing pose.  

The campaign spotlights the collection’s uniformesque shapes and colors. Ribbon belts, box buckles, and utilitarian fabrics dominate the overall look, and the colors khaki, navy, burgundy, and racing green stand in the foreground. Miu Miu stays true to its typical mini length of the clothes that come in chino, gabardine, and cotton piquet check fabrics. The brand’s Beau, Wander, and Arcadie bags have their moments, as well as the previously launched Tyre sneaker.  

 

PROTOBLAST – ASICS SPORTSTYLE’S & OTTO958’S LATEST SNEAKER COLLAB  

For the second time, ASICS SportStyle teamed up with the brand OTTO958, co-founded by Kiko Kostadinov and LA-based art gallery Morán Morán. The outcome? PROTOBLAST CMLVIII, a sneaker dedicated to the future. The promise? Feeling the vibe of the future through wearing the shoes. Inspired by the Performance-Running-Collection, the PROTOBLAST comes with a supporting FF BLAST–cushioning, including some elements of the ASICS GEL-100 series, and boasts hints of the already existing basketball shoes GELBURST and GEL-HOOP 6. The graphite grey and forest green sneakers are available online for €220.  

 

 

ACNE STUDIOS HAS ACHIEVED THE B CORP CERTIFICATION  

The so-called B Corp certification refers to a company’s accountability and transparency granted by the non-profit network B Lab. After an intense application process involving 300 questions about every business aspect–including governance, workers, communities, environment, and customers–Acne Studios now proudly announces the successful certification. That applies to the next three years, after that timespan, the fashion brand will be assessed if it still fulfills the requirements.  

With this step in a more sustainable direction in many ways, Acne Studios stands out as a responsible luxury brand. DIOR INTRODUCES THE D-JOURNEY BAG 

Fashion designer and Dior’s Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri introduced the D-Journey at the Houses spring-summer 2025 ready-to-wear show. Now, the bag is available in the boutiques and could be the next signature piece of Dior. This designer piece elevates everyday looks and is practical in many ways: wearable as a crossbody bag or on the shoulder, with a spacious central part ideal for all the daily stuff that should fit in a bag, and offered in sizes small, medium, and large. The strap’s “CD” initials hint at the D-Journey’s origin while keeping the timeless look. Also, the material comes in variations: There are two canvas options–the Dior Oblique and the Dior Graphic jacquard–and a selection of leather designs–matte, polished, smooth, crinkled,… Already a classic, coming in various options to satisfy Dior fans.
 

LOEWE AND SWISS SPORTSWEAR BRAND ON REFRESH THEIR SNEAKER COLLAB 

Loewe and On already introduced the Cloudtilt 2.0 sneaker in May 2024. This season’s design upgrade includes new hints of color on the lining and branding– the color combinations are all white, white/khaki green, white/orange, and white/navy–and the collab has been available in selected stores and online since January 8th. Highlighting the sneakers’ functionality, the new campaign presents the Cloudtilt 2.0 in the mountains on rocks overgrown with green moss. In the background are the mountains, and the scenery’s shades of green and blue pick up the colors of the shoe. The staging pays tribute to On’s Swiss engineering: Born in 2010 in the Swiss Alps, the brand quickly developed a range of premium footwear, apparel, and accessories dedicated to outdoor sports and active life. The brand’s award-winning CloudTec innovation is also embedded in the sole of the Cloudtilt 2.0, ensuring soft and cushioned steps.

BURNA BOY TEAMS UP WITH G-STAR FOR IT’S NEW CAMPAIGN
G-Star RAW teams up with Grammy winning musician Burna Boy for their new SS24 campaign. For the campaign video, the director Dave Meyers portraits the Nigerian Artist in his hometown London. In a G-Star like black and white style, Burna Boy’s dance crew is caught “stomping” on the streets of the city to his new single “On Form”. G-Star also launches a capsule collection with the musician, including different denim pieces. The collection is available on February 19th on the G-Star webshop.

CHURCH’S X MIU MIU 2024 CAMPAIGN
Church’s and Miu Miu present their second collaboration, following their first team up presented for FW23. For Spring / Summer 24 they reinterpret a new Church’s style: the ‘Shanghai’. With it’s original design dating back to 1929, the new interpretation resembles the modernity and refinement that both names stand for. Respecting both tradition and contemporary ease, the campaign stands for a natural yet mannered way, juxtaposing both the organic and contrived. The context of heritage is transported to a youthful new scenario, designed to enrich and inform the here and now.

BOBKOVA X SCHEIDEMANN
Introducing a fresh perspective on age-old traditions and infusing a touch of opulence to the concept of upcycling, Ukrainian designer Kristina Bobkova and photographer Anna Scheidemann have collaborated on a captivating capsule collection. Drawing inspiration from the art of costume making, their joint endeavor, BOBKOVA x SCHEIDEMANN, represents a significant milestone in Anna Scheidemann’s profound dedication to traditional garments and her meticulous exploration of Hessische Trachten. Over the course of the past year, Kristina Bobkova and Anna Scheidemann worked closely together to conceive and bring to life an exceptional assortment that pays homage to the distinctive elements and forms of traditional Trachten. With utmost care and craftsmanship, they crafted 32 one-of-a-kind pieces, which are now exclusively available in a namesake upcycled collaboration.

MIU MIU UNVEILS THE ARCADIE BAG
Miu Miu showcases the matelassé pattern in two styles, the renowned Wander and the recently introduced Arcadie, in a series of captivating visuals that blur the line between reality and surreality. Gigi Hadid embraces these styles while being photographed by Steven Meisel. Meisel draws inspiration from the artistic world of Margaret Keane, an American artist, infusing her distinctive aesthetic into the Miu Miu heroine’s persona. This homage creates an intriguing atmosphere for the portraits featuring Gigi and the stunning Miu Miu accessories.

Tigù Beach, a beach club located near Sestri Levante and overlooking the pristine waters of the Gulf of Tigullio, will be adorned by Paul&Shark for the 2023 season. The aim is to evoke the essence of summer and carefree vibes, but in a conscious and constructive manner. Moreover, it represents a fresh and sophisticated approach to beach design, a vision crafted by Edoardo Santanna, an enterprising individual and the longstanding owner of Tigu Beach, whose family has been active in the hotel industry for years, along with the international and innovative mind of Mattia Ferrari.
