Versace Jeans Couture is promoting youth culture and emerging talent.

Versace Jeans Couture is using its history of promoting youth culture and emerging talent as the foundation for its Spring-Summer 2023 Denim campaign. This time, the brand has chosen New York City as the focal point for its campaign, showcasing the city’s creativity and energy.

The campaign takes on a new format that brings the seasonal collection to life. American photographer Grace Ahlbom has captured the images in the streets of downtown New York, creating a “photo story meets diary style” that conveys individual reflection, creative expression, and intimacy. Musician Aaron Maine of Porches, a synth-pop band formed in the suburbs of New York in 2010, is the campaign’s star, along with 20-year-old multi-talented artist Talia Goddess, who was born and raised in Brooklyn.

The campaign features the beauty of everyday life in New York City, capturing the hidden experiences and mundane moments of the city’s Lower East Side. By showcasing the city from the viewpoint of its talented inhabitants, the campaign provides insight into personal moments of reflection.

The photos showcase Aaron and Talia wearing key pieces of the Versace Jeans Couture Spring-Summer 2023 collection, including matching denim skirts and bralette sets, oversized jackets, and men’s co-ords inspired by the Versus Versace Spring-Summer 1997 collection, Twigs and Roses. The retro pieces are illuminated by the city’s backdrop, providing a touch of New York’s timeless magic to the campaign.
