FASHION HOUSE NANUSHKA UNVEILS NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH ZARA
On October 21st, Zara announced a new collection of menswear, jewelry and homewares in collaboration with the Budapest-based fashion house Nanushka. The collection, which spans various aspects of everyday life, is shaped by Nanushka founder Sandra Sàndor´s motto, “Eats Meets West”, and reflects a unique intertwining of artisanal craftsmanship and practical beauty.
The menswear collection features tailored and oversized jackets, paired with flowy trousers and Bermudas shorts. Knitwear pieces, alongside two shoe voptions – a mule and a mid-high boot – complete the offering. The collection is characterized by a mix-and-match approach and the use of metal-accented leather throughout.
Inspired by organic shapes, the jewelry line bridges the gap between the clothing and homewares. It includes rings, earrings, ear cuffs, and necklaces that reflect the collection’s overall aesthetic.
This collaboration marks Nanushka’s first undertaking in homewares. The range includes floral ceramics, abstract trays, candle holders, side tables, and rugs, all crafted with varied textures and finishes. The pieces combine rich wood tones with cool materials like marble and rattan.
FILSON AND BIRKENSTOCK JOIN FORCES FOR AN EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION
The German footwear brand BIRKENSTOCK and American heritage outdoor brand Filson have come together in a partnership that fuses both brands´ craftsmanship and represents their shared values of quality and design. Together, they unveil a new collection consisting of three styles designed for adventurous customers, whether for a city stroll or a mountain hike.
All of the design are characterized by their rustic identity, accompanied by a nature-inspired color palette of green, orange, and brown tones, as well as Filson´s signature materials like Mackinaw wool, waxed cotton, and leather. To complete the pieces, Birkenstocks´s signature Deep Blue footbed, which can easily be inserted and removed, supports the natural movement of every explorer´s foot.
ALPHA INDUSTRIES INTRODUCES ULTRA VIOLET COLLECTION FOR FALL/WINTER 24
Renowned for its classic bomber jackets, Alpha Industries takes another step further this fall/winter season with the launch of its latest Ultra Violet collection, which blends military aesthetic with a futuristic flair.
At the heart of the collection are three distinct styles: The Futurista in the reflective pastel grey MA-1 UV, The Explorer in the sage green N-2B UV, and The Strategist in the black MA-1 Puffer UV.
Each piece is available in a variety of colorways. Additionally, the collection features other garments such as the Nylon Pant UV, along with accessories like the Weekend Bag UV and Field Rucksack UV.
With this collection, Alpha Industries equips adventurous customers for everyday missions in a functional and forward-thinking manner.
